I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the dedication and effort exhibited by you and the crew from Floors, Inc. during the installation of maple flooring in the Illinois and Dearborn Rooms here at UIC.The quality of workmanship and attention to detail has not only impressed me but a number of my colleagues have shown similar admiration for the work. The flooring is as attractive as it is functional. A terrific improvement to these rooms which will be in constant use.
The planning, organization and hard work that went into this project shows in the results. The new installation is a vast improvement over the previous floor and a tremendous improvement to a critically important conference room here at UIC.
Steve, your expertise and leadership on this project made my job considerably easier and for that I thank you.
